Abstract
The article addresses the problem pertaining to the ease of doing business and prosperity assessment. Scientific literature was analyzed in order to ascertain the link between prosperity and ease of doing business in general. Development of the quality of life conception is discussed and presented in the figure. Prosperity evaluation and assessment instruments differ in terms of evaluation scheme, assessment factors and the type of evaluation process. The article provides the analysis of the best known instruments.Article in Lithuanian
