Landscape in the Curonian Spit. Expression of Identity

Abstract
Landscape in the Curonian Spit is not only an important part of our cultural development, but also of everyday life, revealing the identity of this territory and exclusivity of its unique formation. The top priority of the Curonian Spit, as a site enrolled on the UNESCO’s World Cultural Heritage List is to find the means for preservation of the landscape identity, enrichment of the peculiarity and diversity of the Neringa settlements, as well as disclosure of formation specifics of these settlements.
