Evaluation of Organisational Changes: a Case of Information Technologies’ Implementation

Abstract
Today the organizations encounter various changes, which cannot be avoided due to changes in external and internal environment. Notably, evaluation of organizational changes is seen as important process impacting further development processes in organizations. Presented paper aims to investigate organizational changes of organization by exploring the main important external and internal factors impacting change management process. The authors of the paper take into account the significance of information technologies and analyze the problems of organizational changes during the implementation of information technologies in organization. The authors strive to reveal the main areas which require further development. The authors develop a research methodology and discuss main findings of the survey. At the end of the paper implications of the results and main conclusions are presented.
