Abstract
Small and medium enterprises influence growth and development of the country. Small and medium enterprises create new working places, increase employment and help to achieve faster growth in GDP. It is very important for SMEs to get credit in time, and to increase working capital and production output. Unfortunately, small and medium enterprises often face with credit problems that may impede further business development. Crediting problems in Lithuania is a poorly researched topic, there are no many scientific and analytical articles analyzing it. The purpose of the article is to identify crediting problems of small and medium enterprises in Lithuania. Crediting problems of small and medium enterprises in Lithuania in regard of demand and supply is analyzed in the article.
