Aurelija Peckienė (Vilnius Gediminas Technical University, Lithuania)
Abstract
Lithuania is currently intensively starting to develop BIM technology. BIM is the process by which information regarding construction is generated and managed. There is considerable information affecting each building (its planning, design, construction, etc.) which are planned in static environment or, in other words, territory. Therefore, information about the building generation and management should begin with the information about the area in which the building are planned, generation and management. Legal information (characteristics) was found and named in the article. This information affects the building planning (information about the territory) and it must be taken into account when developing a digital model of the building and creating the initial classification of territorial planning model.
