Model of Employees Motivation Through Gamification of Information System

Abstract
In this article the problem of motivation of employees, who are working with information system and whose work environment is full of monotonous, boring and repetitive tasks, is analyzed. On the basis of literature, theoretical aspects of work motivation are analyzed and it is suggested to use gamification in order to solve this problem. On the basis of literature, theoretical and practical aspects of motivation of gamers and gamification are analyzed. After all, it is suggested to use model which joins main aspects of employee needs and gamification. Through example of accounting specialists the offered model is used in practice. Based on the results of the research, opportunities of motivating accounting specialists through gamification of information system are evaluated.
